By participating in the Privacy Shield program, Wix is obliged to treat all Personal Data from European Union (EU) member states and Switzerland, respectively, received under the Privacy Shield program, in accordance with the applicable Program Rules. Wix is responsible for the processing of the Personal Data it receives under the Privacy Shield program and the subsequent transfer of such Personal Data to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Please note that permanently deleting your Wix account deletes all of your Personal Data from Wix's databases. After completing this process, you will no longer be able to use the Services, your User Account and all of its data will be permanently deleted, and Wix will not be able to restore your account or recover your Personal Data in the future. If you contact Wix Support in the future, the system will not recognize your account and our agents will not be able to locate the deleted account.

6. Users' personal data

Wix may collect, store and process certain Personal Data of Users of Users ("User Data of Users") solely on behalf of, and at the behest of, its Users. For example, each of our Users may import their email contacts from external services such as Gmail, or otherwise collect and manage contacts through the User's Website. These contacts are then stored by Wix on your behalf.

For such purposes, Wix shall be considered a "Processor" and not a "Controller" (as defined in both terms in the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR")) with respect to such User Data.
