I. General Information.

Day of the day, if you have decided to become our guest, it means that you accept our regulations.

The regulations define the conditions under which you can book and rent apartments and the conditions of stay. The presented regulations constitute an integral part of the rental (reservation) agreement. Each person who makes a reservation accepts the terms of these regulations at the same time.

Client - a legal person or a natural person with legal capacity within the meaning of the Civil Code, being a party to a contract for temporary use of a dwelling (apartment rental contract, reservation).
Apartment - a flat, described in the offer presented on the website, which the client rents for a temporary stay for leisure or tourist purposes.


II. Reservations.

1. The customer contacts by phone or completes the contact form / makes a reservation on the website, via the reservation system created by, a query regarding the apartment selected by him in order to make a reservation.
2. "" sends to the Customer's e-mail address the initial booking confirmation, confirms it by phone or text message. The condition for confirming the reservation is a deposit of 20% of the value of the stay, within the agreed period.
3. The reservation is confirmed on the day the required prepayment is credited to the Apartments' account at Lidzi.
4. The reservation is a rental agreement that comes into force on the condition of making an advance payment for the service.
5. The offer and the prices quoted are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 par.1 of the Civil Code. The price must be confirmed by an employee of Lidzi Apartments by phone or by e-mail.

III. Canceling a booking and changing it.
1. The customer may cancel the reservation by phone or in writing, by e-mail. The down payment is not refundable, but please remember that we treat each client individually.
2. Changing the reservation is possible only with the consent of the owner of the Apartments at Lidzi, if the same or another apartment is available that can be offered to the customer. In this case, the change is not subject to an additional fee. It is not possible to change the booking in high season (holidays, New Year's Eve, long weekends). When it is not possible to change the booking, and the Customer has withdrawn from the contract, canceled the booking or has not complied with the contract (no arrival), Apartments at Lidzi are entitled to deduct the paid down payment or the entire fee for the stay.
3. In the event of the arrival of more people than declared during the booking, Apartamenty u Lidzi reserves the right to obtain additional fees from the Customer or to terminate the contract, which is related to the Customer's failure to make it available to the Customer or his departure by the Customer.
4. In the event of an early departure or late arrival, Apartamenty u Lidzi do not refund the money for the unused stay.
5. U Lidzi Apartments may cancel or change the reservation only in the event of events beyond the control of Lidzi Apartments (failure in the Apartment or other random event). Changing the reservation consists in providing another apartment of a similar standard in the same location. If the Customer does not consent to a substitute Apartment, the contract is terminated, and Apartamenty u Lidzi is obliged to return the deposit paid by the Customer.


IV. Terms of payment.

1. Required payment of a deposit in the amount of 20% of the value of the stay or the entire amount within the agreed period.
2. The remaining part of the payment for the stay should be made by bank transfer within the time agreed with the service or in cash on the day of arrival or during the stay
3. The customer is obliged to pay a one-time fee in the amount from PLN 120.00 to PLN 250.00 (depending on the apartment booked) for the service, which means cleaning and disinfection of the apartment after the Customer's departure ._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_
4. The customer is obliged to pay the resort tax in the amount of PLN 2.00 / person per night.
5. The customer staying in the Apartment with his pet is obliged to pay PLN 20.00 / day for his stay and to report this fact in advance when making the reservation or checking in at the reception of the facility. You will receive any further information regarding the pet's stay from the owners.

2. The customer who has chosen the option of payment by bank transfer, is obliged to pay the fee for the reservation made, within five (5) working days from the date of booking. Otherwise, the Owner's offer is not binding and the order is removed from the system. In the title of payment, it is enough to enter only the number of the order being placed. It is possible to extend the payment deadline, after informing the Owner of this fact.

7. Apartamenty u Lidzi charges fees by means of an individual bank account number: xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx, via the PayPal network and in person on the day the customer arrives at the apartment

VI. GDPR personal data protection.

Pursuant to Art. 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27/04/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (Official Journal UE L 119). I would like to inform you that:

1) The administrator of the customer's personal data is the owners of the Apartments at Lidzi. is obliged to process the data of its customers as part of activities related to the performance of the Agreement and to protect them against access, use, deletion or disclosure from third parties, as well as to process entrusted data in a manner consistent with applicable applicable law in a manner that guarantees confidentiality and security of personal data.
2) The customer's personal data will be processed in order to use hotel services - pursuant to Art. 1 lit. b) - processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
3) The customer agrees to the processing of his personal data, such as: name and surname, address of residence, ID card details, contact telephone number, e-mail and, possibly, business data necessary to issue an invoice, in order to: sign the rental contract, i.e. make a reservation and checking in at the facility, issuing and storing invoices.
4) The recipients of the Customer's personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions and entities involved in the provision of services.
5) The customer consents to the transfer of his personal data to the reception staff of the facility for the proper operation of our services, which you use.
6) The customer agrees to transfer his data to the accounting of the Apartments at Lidzi.
7) The customer's personal data will be stored for a period of 10 years.
8) The customer has the right to request the administrator to access personal data, the right to rectify it, delete or limit processing and the right to transfer data.
9) The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body.

10) Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in the refusal to provide the service / contract.
